Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy for infants and toddlers (age 0–3) in home-based, natural environments.
• Complete evaluations and develop family-centered, functional goals.
• Coach caregivers to embed developmental strategies into daily routines.
• Independently manage a caseload and complete timely, high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary early intervention team.

Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university and an active California OT license.
• 1+ year of pediatric experience; early intervention (0–3) strongly preferred.
• Proficient with technology; Google Workspace experience preferred.
• Knowledge of early intervention theories, rehabilitation principles, and evidence-based practices for sensory processing challenges.
